TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

MOQ:
Soaps have a minimum order quantity of 100 PCS.
Cold process soap orders must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance due to the required cure time. The time required to fulfil orders will be determined on an individual basis based on the amount of the order. The same will be communicated upon order confirmation.

PRICING:
Wholesale prices will be applied to orders that meet MOQs. Orders that do not meet the MOQ will be charged the retail pricing indicated on this website.
Custom goods will be priced based on their specifications.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
An advance payment of 50% is required before order processing can begin. Before shipping, the remaining balance and shipping expenses must be paid. Under any circumstances, there will be no credit.
